Rev. David Trujillo
Vicar
Before stepping into the role of Vicar of All Souls, David served as a teacher and academic dean at a Christian high school in Indianapolis for twenty years. Prior, David worked with Youth for Christ and as an associate pastor of a church plant in Colorado.
David earned his Masters of Divinity from Denver Seminary in 2003 and was ordained into the priesthood in 2023. He has has been serving in leadership at All Souls since 2018.
David and his wife Kelli have three children—two in high school and one in college. They love to share music, travel, books, art, theatre, and film as a family.

Rev. Dr. Nancy Nethercott
Missionary in Residence
Nancy served as a missionary in Japan for almost 30 years. Today, she fills many ministry roles, including assisting priest at All Souls, chaplain of The Robert E. Webber Institute, spiritual director, Ignatian prayer guide, and retreat leader for United Adoration. She travels internationally teaching in the areas of worship renewal and spiritual formation.
Nancy earned a Doctorate of Worship Studies in 2006 and a graduate certificate in Spiritual Formation and Spiritual Direction in 2017. She was ordained to the priesthood in 2021 and joined the team at All Souls in 2022.
Nancy has one adult daughter and a five-year-old granddaughter. She enjoys swimming and sharing dark roast coffee or nice wine with good friends!

Rev. Dcn. Esteban Crawford
Deacon
Esteban is originally from Valladolid, Spain. He moved to the United States to complete his high school education and continued his theological education at Moody Bible Institute.
In 2021 Esteban graduated from Trinity Anglican Seminary and is currently working on his doctoral thesis through St Mary's University in Twickenham, London.He was ordained as a deacon in 2024 and has been serving at All Souls since then.
Esteban and his wife, Abby, have two young children. He enjoys reading, taking siestas, playing with his kids, and eating unhurried meals with family and friends.One of Esteban's favorite quotes: "What people don't realize is how much religion costs. Rev. Dave Kulchar
NAMS Midwest Director
Dave has served in full-time ministry since 1981. He graduated from The Trinity School of Ministry and was ordained to the priesthood in 1990. He served as an assistant pastor in VA, followed by 22 years of ministry in Michigan. In 2005 he joined AMIA (Anglican Mission in America) and started a new work in Flint, Michigan, followed by his move to Indianapolis to help launch All Souls.
In June of 2024, Dave moved into a new role as a a church planter with the New Anglican Mission Society (NAMS), helping to launch other Anglican fellowships in central Indiana.
Dave has been married to his wife, Debra, for 44 years. They have 4 grown children and 7 grandchildren. They enjoy walking many of the Indy trails and parks, cheering on The Indy Eleven, engaging the arts, and sharing meals with friends.
